Chuck is also a Certified Reverse Mortgage Planner. He works to educate retirees, those approaching retirement, and their families on the value of a Reverse Mortgage – particularly the FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), whether to fortify their investments, delay Social Security, strengthen their retirement income, or a myriad of other potential uses of this powerful product. He also helps with buying a home using a Reverse Mortgage. This can be incredibly useful for those 62 and older looking to downsize, buy the ideal retirement home, or relocate to be closer to family and friends.
Chuck moved to Colorado in 1996 and has taken advantage of much the state has to offer. He is an avid snowboarder and mountain biker, as well as a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Chuck lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife Kathleen and their two lovely daughters.
